Great store! I ordered on a Sunday night, it was shipped Monday and received it Thursday morning, on time and exactly as described on their web site. They even emailed me of a Rebate from Panasonic that cut the price almost in half!

I ordered multiple items of the same product. I saw a great price and took advantage of it. However what i got was software in badly damaged box. In some cases, opened and re-taped with price stickers all over them and some of the CD-ROM discs were clearly used or damaged some other way and sold as new. These things are hard to find, and i may have even bought them knowing there would be some problems, but these were presented as new. They were a mess. Bad experience.

Items that were In Stock went Out of Stock while the order was sitting in the queue. The entire order was placed on back order due to a single out of stock item. That item was removed from the order and the order was supposed to ship immediately. Instead of shipping, the order sat in the queue and more items went out of stock. All in all, it took 3 weeks to ship and then some items had to be cancelled in order to effect shipment.
