Net shopping can be difficult: poor service, lengthy delays, charged for product but no delivery, etc. This was the first time I had ordered via the net for this dollar amount so I had some shaky moments. This merchant makes it so easy! The TV was received timely, my e-mail was responded to immediately, the shipping company actually called me 2 times to setup a convenient delivery time. I've had the J&R name come up in various price searches previously, but have never used them until this time. I shouldn't have waited so long. The site was extremely helpful and the online assistant helped me make an informed choice amongst all the possible choices I had. JR.com was better than many "impartial" rating sites in terms of helpfulness, really. The order was processed and shipped a little later than I had thought it was going to be, but the shopping experience was so top-notch that it made the wait worthwhile. Read more
