I have mixed opinions about this store. The amount and diversity of comic books is very good. However, customer service is VERY POOR. I have asked on a couple of occasions if the store would postpone by a day or two the mailing of my books, in order to prevent them from sitting in front of my house for a few days while I was away. I told them to go ahead and charge my credit card, just hold them for 24 or 48 hours before mailing them. The response by the owner was that they would not do this. He refused to work with his customer in order to provide satisfactory service. He was arrogant and condescending to me about it also. Is it really that difficult to do this for your customer?

I run a service department for a Fortune 500 company and my staff would NEVER talk to a customer like this. Hasn't anyone ever heard of the term "Customer Service"? Good customer service will lead to repeat business. Someone at Lone Star needs to understand this!!!!
