I have tried extensively to contact My Beauty Center staff with no success. My order was placed nearly a month ago with 3-7 day shipping and regretfully I have received nothing. They have a "ticket" inquiry to fill out in order to contact them. I have done this twice with no response. My credit card was billed for the items and a receipt was sent from an email address with the "do not reply to this address" line. I am feeling very helpless and do not know where to turn at this point. They don't even have a phone number.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! After ordering 3 Ciara spray perfumes, I received 3 non-spray bottles with one 1/3 empty. I immediately emailed mybeautycenter.com and heard nothing. I packaged them back up and had to pay postage AGAIN to send them back. I requested they send me the correct spray bottles or credit my account. Well, my account is being credited yet they are still advertising 'spray bottles of cologne' for $10.00. Has anyone received them for this price? I would not shop at this website ever again!
