I sent my Wii for repair. They received it 12/29/09. Due to the holidays, I didn't expect to see it again until mid-January. They fixed it and it was delivered at my door within 5 days (01/02/09). This is great customer service.

One of my first orders from this site is memorable because I forgot to add an item to my cart before ordering online. I called Nintendo and told them how disappointed that the item didn't make it in my order and that I would have to pay shipping for the small item. The customer service representative quickly corrected the issue by eliminating the shipping for the item.
The tracking numbers provided for all my orders have been very accurate over the years. My subscription to Nintendo Power can also be monitored on this site and allow me to find out just how many issues I will get before I should resubscribe.
For those of you that don't know, ALL the Nintendo video games and hardware are backed with an unconditional 1-year warranty. - My brother jumped in the pool with his GameBoy Advance SP in his pocket by accident. The Nintendo online store is, without a doubt, the ONLY place to shop for Nintendo accessories. They have everything you could ever want or need from players guides to replacement cords.
