I have had excellent service and received wonderful merchandise in the past year. Delivery is usually faster than stated, I ilke having the reviews from other buyers for a product, and the valuse for the money spent is excellent. Product is usually as depicted or described.

I did not receive my complete order. Wrong products were delivered to me and they were heavy eletronic items that I had to take to a UPS drop off location. Since I did not have have personal transportation, it cost me extra money to have UPS come pickup. Then, Overstock would not ship my missing order until they received the wrong product back. That was a major inconvenience for which only a $20 credit was offered to my account. Which was not repayment of my expenses and time, but to spend more money shopping at their site. I decided to return the other product I purchased - 10ft patio umbrella-because I could not find a base heavy enough to hold it and the product was not very good quality. I gave back my credit and asked for a pre-paid return, but don't know if the restocking fee was charged or not. I didn't confirm. But for all my trouble and this is my first experience with Overstock, I should hope they don't charge me anymore for my inconvenience.
