The merchandise was good quality. It arrived in a short time, within a week.
My big problem was with the wrong tracking number so I thought my purchase was shipped from CA to N.J. when I live in CA. When I contacted customer service on line I was told to wait for the info to update because UPS reuses its tracking numbers. I did that and my package was delivered in N.J. 3 days after I recieved it.
It was obvious that I had a wrong tracking number but I could not get any help to find the correct information.

We tried twice to get this bookshelf shipped in good condition. Both times it was signficantly damaged with broken packing and dented and crushed panels. Too bad...we really liked the product but they didn't ship it properly protected.

The DVD return policy is unacceptable. The order form states that the packaging, shrink wrap must be in place. If the DVD is defective, you do not know until you open it and play it. One of mine is defective and I will not be able to return it under this current policy. I will not be ordering any more DVDs from Overstock.com unless they at least offer an exchange when open for the same product. The rest of the order was on time and in good condition.

It was excellent. I had accidently had a bid in at half.com, when I realized that I could buy the identical item brand new at Overstock.com, pay shipping, and still come out cheaper for a brand new book. Luckily I got outbid at half.com, and made the purchase at Overstock.com, and was very happy with it.
