I did some aggressive price comparisons for the Kenzo scent my fiancee likes, and found Perfume Emporium to be the winner. Look for their online coupons, which can save you even more or get you free shipping. I received incense samples with my order as well.

So far I have ordered 3 times from Perfume Emporium and each time I have received brand new, sealed packages of scents that I have used before, and they were exactly the same as the ones I had previously purchased in department stores. The shipments arrived very quickly within days of ordering. If you call or email about a concern, they will email back immediately to address the concern. I have left voice mail and email and every message or question was responded to. They respond by email even if you leave a voice mail. The prices and coupons are great. I love Perfume Emporium. If something is wrong, they will make it right and go above and beyond to do so. I highly recommend this company. They have some of the best prices on the web and are reliable, trustworthy and ship with the speed of lightning. I will definitely do business with them again. Very professional and they have some hard to find scents as well.

My first and only order from PE consisted of Cashmere Mist, Hypnotic Poison, and Escada Collection. They were the one of the few that had Collection and I had a %20 off coupon. Well, the Cashmere Mist box looked like someone had torn the top opening it, the plastic Collection box was cracked in several places, and the unopened HP bottle is sticky on the bottom, suggesting that at one time it got hot enough to melt the matte finish on the bottle. EP's prices are nowhere near as low as other etailers, so I was expecting BETTER goods. They were the worst I've used so far! Best to just read their reviews then head to another trustworthy etailer.

I bought some perfume for my wife from PerfumeEmporium.com for Valentines day. The perfume was as promised, just 3 days after Valentines day. After receiving the package I looked at the ship date, 7 days after I placed my order! So if you need to get your perfume sooner than two weeks (thats how long it took to get my order) I would go somewhere else. Sloooooow shipping.

Update - After contacting PerfumeEmporium they first blew off my complaint but then looked it up and realized their mistake. Not only did they refund my shipping but they also gave me back some $ for the trouble they caused me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered some perfume for my wifes birthday in June, the goods never arrived. I was given the same story as many other people about the order being lost in the post, strange how the Perfume Emporium could never give me an actual proof of posting though! I requested a full refund, they told me that a refund had been issed late July which i never received, today they have told me that they are unable to handle the amount of refunds they are having to issue and that they will now have to send me a cheque and that they are processing them in the order that orders were placed. How many orders have they actually got wrong!! Also by sending the email tday they have admitted that the original refund they claimed had been sent in July hadnt been - therefore a total LIE. I'll be suprised if i ever see the cash again - for your own sake, steer clear of this rip off company
