It was my pleasure to order the "Growers Choice Bouquet" from ProFlowers.com. As with all .com, FTD or Teleflora purchases one always wonders if what you ordered will indeed be delivered. Will they substitute, will they be fresh, will they be damaged ...

Pros: The flowers were packaged quite nicely Cons: They didn't last
My experience with Proflowers.com was not as the purchaser but as the recipient. This being the case, there are some aspects of this company I cannot comment on, though I can comment on the product.
Receiving a dozen lavender roses for our...

Proflowers.com has a bit of a split personality. I have always been very happy with both their prices and their selection, but when they have issues their customer service is lacking.
I have ordered from Proflower 14 times now. 12 of the...

I simply do not know how men like myself survived prior to on-line gift shops, such as Proflowers.com, when it came to events such as birthdays, anniversaries, thank you, etc. If you are like me, you are the type of person who procrastinates or ...

I used Proflowers.com several times before coming to the conclusion that they are not really a great deal overall. At first glance, they seem to be priced wonderfully compared to others. They also have great selection and a nice site. I used them for ...

Pros: Cheap prices, they will give you your money back when they screw up Cons: Can't rely on them to get the flowers there.
I have used Proflowers.com twice. At this point, I will not give them a third try. Bottom line is, they are just not a reliable flower delivery service.
First of all, I will admit that Proflowers does have cheap prices for flowers. They...

Background About a year ago, ProFlowers seemed like an attractive alternative to the local florists. They appeared to have great deals just before holidays, inexpensive shipping methods and a beautiful selection to choose from. With an ...

Ever since we got married, not only do we celebrate the day of our ceremony, but we also celebrate the day we were engaged. Well, not really celebrate, but certainly do acknowledge it. After all, that was the day I got the girl of my dreams…. A ...

Pros: Good selection & quality Cons: Messed up my order!
In May, as the countdown for Mother’s Day was approaching, I was steered to proFlowers.com from a friend. He told me how happy he was with this company and that he had used them a few times before.
I visited http://www.proflowers.com, where I...

Pros: fast, convenient, great selection, great prices, Cons: no search option
After having severe problems with 1-800-FLOWERS.com I was a little leary of buying flowers online if I wasn't the recipient. With Mother's Day coming up I threw caution to the wind and went online to search for the perfect florist.
My first...

Pros: beautiful flowers, fresh and fragrant Cons: may look wilted when they arrive, have to arrange them yourself
A majority of the complaints against Proflowers.com is that they don't look very fresh when you get them. But if you look closely, they do come with a little note telling you that they're just a little hungry and a little thirsty. Put them in some water...

Pros: Fresh, lovely flowers that are guaranteed to last a week. Fast, reliable delivery Cons: Vase costs extra
Have you seen the television commercial for proFlowers.com? The one where the lady working at her desk gets compliments for her beautiful flowers all week long, and even after ten days? Well, as far as I can tell, it's true! Seven days later..and we...

Sending flowers to someone can make a big statement. It’s for that very reason that you have to agonizingly and thoroughly think through what you send because for every combination of variety, color and quantity there seems to be an equally complex ...

Pros: Beautiful Flowers, 7 day Guaranteed Freshness, Wide Price Range, On-line Customer Service, Wide Selection Cons: Vase not included in the price of most items, Order was not complete
I usually use 1-800-Flowers, and have been satisfied with their service. This Mother's Day I thought I would try another on-line floral service. I began reading the Epinions on Proflowers.com and thought I would give it a shot. The Epinions that I read...

Pros: Great Selection and Customer Service Cons: Recieved the order 5 days late, but was given a full refund
It was a few days before Christmas, and all through my best friends house.
There was no sign of a Christmas tree, not even the size of a mouse.
The two young boys were not pleased with their tree lack.
But in their mom's wallet there...
