I received an email stating there was a problem with my credit card and to call within 3 days to discuss or order would be cancelled. I called the same day I received the email and was told I had transposed 2 numbers on my credit card and that the order was already cancelled. I did not appreciate the fact that the 3 days meant nothing and the order had already been cancelled in far less than that time. This was not a positive experience for my first order with Red Envelope. Read more

They have unusual products. Their wrapping is lovely. Last Spring, I found a great graduation bracelet for my daughter. It wasn't the usual tacky graduation item that might be worn once. It was a toggle bracelet with a very tasteful 2005. She's worn it every day since! Read more

As I recall the sizes that were given were S, M, L, XL. I think that you should also include specific measurements to with these sizes. I chose a L for my wife because she is tall, but when I gave her the lounge coat is was too small. I believe that if specific measurements were included I would not have to go through with the hassle of taking time of work to return the product. Read more
