I was searching for a long time to find a good site where I could buy all of the things that I would need for soccer. When I stumbled upon this site one day I was immediately amazed at the quality and quantity of products that this site offers.

I shop at soccer.com for almost a year now, I never had any problems with the shipping and the time, they always take the time you ask for. All the products come in great quality and if you order something that don't fit you send it back and they will send another one for you, you can get support by the Internet or by phone and they have all new products.

I have not been pleased with the customer service at soccer.com. They will advertise footwear and team shirts as available that they do not have in stock. In one case I ordered a shirt in September for an October birthday gift and the shirt did not arrive until Christmas. They always offer to cancel your order if you are unsatisfied but that is just a way of reducing their inconvenience if you are a vocal customer. They do not note items as "pre-order" as other competitive sites do so you do not find out about the lack of availability until your order is placed. In one case, I ordered two items with 2-day shipping and they shipped one and told me the other was back-ordered and would be shipped ground.

Try other sites before using this one. I have had better luck with several others. Customer service was definitely better.

Soccer.com is the best. Delivery is fast, and customer service is the best. Recommended any day for soccer supplies and gears.

I've ordered several pairs of soccer shoes (boots), clothing and accessories and have always found their price to be very good and the selection much better than any of the other online stores. Their Goal Club membership is well worth the $25 if you plan on spending at least $75/year and there are usually promotions for free shipping on orders over $50 (1GIVEGO).
If ordering for a team, you won't find a better price and very helpful and fast when I had to exchange an uncomfortable pair of cleats for a better quality more comfortable pair. You don't have to be a pro or very experienced player to appreciate their good prices and great selection of equipment and accessories.
