Online rebate was a problem. The instructions gave the wrong rebate site. I eventually figured it out but I spent way too much time completing the rebate form because of this mis-information.

Shopping with TigerDirect is easy, fast, fun and secure. My computer was scheduled for delivery on a Monday, so when it showed up the Saturday before I was very pleased. The order was shipped the same day it was received, and the new computer is wonderful!

There was a problem with my payment (billing address was different from shipping address)only I was unaware of the problem. I received no contact from Tigerdirect. Five days later I contacted them to find out what was the problem because I have noticed when tracking my order that it hadn't been processed. I had to cancel my order because it wouldn't have arrived on time and two days after cancelling my order I get an email from them asking me to contact customer service becsaue there is an issue with my payment. I have sent emails to Tigerdirect looking for some sort of explanation and I did get one email back saying my issue would be forwarded to a Manager. Still waiting for addtitional correspondence.
