Overall, we were quite pleased with our first shopping experience at the Vitamin Shoppe. Prices were excellent, however postage costs (international UPS) seemed a little excessive compared to what we are used to paying. (We order many of our products from Kirkman Laboratories and their postage costs are much cheaper compared to what we paid with Vitamin Shoppe). It also took more than a week for the Vitamin Shoppe to ship our order so it took almost 2 weeks from when we placed our order to receive it, which is a little longer than expected. Other US companies we have ordered from in the past normally ship within a couple of days of our order being placed so that it is received by us in about one week, not two.
However, Vitamin Shoppe's product price was unbeatable, and the person who replied to ur email regarding an approximate delivery date of our order replied immediately and was very helpful and courteous.
So overall, we'd rate our experience with Vitamin Shoppe as fairly good. 7/10

Always love the Vitamin Shoppe. Their web sit is the best and easiest to use. Their merchandise the best and best variety of any other vit store I have used. The prices are good and sales items excellent. They have many specials and free shippping on large orders (mine always are). Their delivery time is fast (better than any store). Many vits less expensive at Swanson & others. Need a place on the on line order for faster shipping, (2 day, Next day, Etc)
My on line reorder list has many duplicates and makes list very long. You need a procedure on line to eliminate thoses not used anymore.
