Walmart.com

I ordered a DS LITE Bundle a week before Christmas, at that time they were selling like hotcakes and still are. However, I was promised the order would come as they "got a new shipment" in. I was happy so I waited, and waited, and eh, you get the point. It's been 2 weeks, and I have yet to recieve my order. I payed for the fastest shipping, but to no avail. Honestly Sam would be rolling over in his grave with this. Not only is the online store shipping poor, but the customer service is like talking to un-educated dropouts that have no knowledge of what the heck to do. Never order from this store.

They take orders efficiently and have good prices, but they're shipping and on-time delivery is terrible. They waited 2 business days to call me for "financial verification" of my credit card, which has never had any problems. Then, after paying extra for the expedited 2-3 days shipping, didn't ship my item for another 2 days. I'LL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

The item I ordered came poorly packed and damaged. The buy online and return to store process is flawed and frustrating. There is no communication or cooperation between in store staff and Walmart.com

Walmart was always a store where you can get anything for less. So when I went shopping on-line I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were even lower on-line. I picked out some CDs and DVDs and got them on-time. The site also showed specific details on the delivery, so it was easy to track down. Great shopping experience.

Purchased an extended warranty for a DVD recorder called "keep it new", the order stated I would receive something in the mail and I never did.
Called customer service to cancel the warranty and they said I would need to wait another 2 weeks, since sometimes the mail can be slow, before I could cancel the warranty. After 2 weeks and nothing in the mail I call customer service again and they now tell me "no we don't send anything in the mail on the keep it new plan". Now they tell me I need to call a different 800 number to get the refund and they're requiring me to write a letter of cancellation before I can receive it.

Overall, just horrendous customer service. I still don't know if I'll ever receive my refund.

Purchasing from walmart online is a pleasant shopping experience offering a secure site that is user friendly. Online policy is quick, easy, and usually will save dollars over store purchases while providing convenient return policy which allows return to the closest store. The only problem is as expected...you lose the shipping charge.

Overall I have had good experiences shopping Walmart.com. Their order accuracy has always been perfect, and they have one of the fastest delivery speeds of any online store. Their shipping is also usually very affordable. The only semi-bad experience I have ever had with them was calling their toll-free customer service number to find out when they would have a certain product in that was listed as out-of-stock on the website. The person I spoke to had no information to give, just told me to keep checking the website. I found that experience somewhat lacking. But other than that I have always been pleased!

Nightmare. I ordered my daughters X-mas gifts on November 28th. I received 8 of them, but two have been in shipped status for three weeks. Last week I sent an email to customer service and was assured they would find out what's going on and keep me informed. They didn't. I called customer service today at 11:27 a.m. It's 1:06 p.m. now and I'm still on hold.

The online ordering was extraordinarily simple using google's picasa product. I have ordered several times from Walmart.com, the quality of the prints is as good as any others I have seen though I have noticed some page curling with 8x10's, they are clear and crisp. The delivery is where Walmart needs to improve. More than a week (closer to 2) from order completion to having the photos is just too long especially considering how much standard shipping costs. All together if you like the price and can wait for the photos, have them shipped, otherwise choose the one hour option and pay an extra dollar or 2.

I was a little concerned about using Walmart for online purchasing after reading a few other reviews. Signing up for the account, using a gift card and the overall transaction was as easy as any other e-purchase that I have done. Their communication was great and their delivery speed was 2nd to none. As long as they stay competitive on pricing "I'll be back".

The description and availability were very clear, and the e-mails concerning my order were prompt. I knew when my order was shipped, and I could track it with only a few clicks of my mouse as the links were provided to me through e-mail. I received a textbook that I needed right away within 4 days. The web site for ordering is clear and concise.

I have purchased regularly from WALMART.COM and found the experience great.
With my Purchase of STIR OF ECHOES, I got a DVD that was supposed to be Widescreen.However the Package, as well as the disc( I discovered later), said FULLSCREEN.
Several times, I ordered the pack, and the details for the UPC were that it was Widescreen, but the package said FULLSCREEN.
After three tries, I persisted, and it was investigated... there had been a huge run of the DVDs in Widescreen with FULLSCREEN package and disc labeling.
I totally appreciated WALMART.COMs patience with me, since I wanted the film in WIDE, and no-one else had it listed in WIDESCREEN.
But, it was escalated, and eventually resolved.

While comparing steam cleaners at shopping.com, Walmart.com was ranked #1 by price -- due to low base price and no tax. After registering at their site (understandably required to make a purchase), and proceeding with the purchase transaction, then while providing the payment info -- a tax charge appeared.
Bottom Line: Walmart.com unfairly benefits in comparisons at Shopping.com by misleading claims. Don't be mislead, if their price is close to the next ranked store, add applicable tax before you waist your time at their site.

I needed a new printer to replace one that stopped working.HP makes good printers and I had several ink cartridges from my previous printer. So I started shopping around.Staples cheapest inkjet was $69;Target had one for $49;BJ's had an all-in-one for $39 but it was a Lexmark.

The HP Model F2210 was advertised as a best seller on Walmart.com only. Having good experiences with walmart at the retail level, the decision was made to give walmart.com a try.


After creating an account, I selected my product and added it to my
cart. There were step by step instructions at each point along the way. All were very clear with no confusion.

Walmart.com uses Fedex for shipping. One need not go to the Fedex site-simply clicking "track your order" is an automatic link and one can follow the progress of  the order from origination to delivered at destination. I ordered on Sunday and received my merchandise on Wednesday with standard Fedex shipping.

Total cost was $36.90. It was one of the easiest online purchases I ever made.
