I made a large purchase over $1000 in a previous month and was not hassled to confirm my purchase. For this transaction, I needed to provide a purchase invoice and was not informed of this procedure until after I submitted my order. My order was delayed altogether for a week. On top of that I was not informed that one of the parts I ordered was on backorder - another week of delay.
I attempted to contact customer service via email asking for an explanation and did not receive a response. I then telephoned customer support and told me that my order should be shipped as soon as the item leaves the receiving warehouse. I was promised an email confirmation to let me know when to expect the back ordered item. No email was sent. Item did arrive, but a week after my already 1 week delayed order. 2 weeks for delivery and poor customer support is unacceptable. I would be very reluctant to shop with zipzoomfly again. Read more
