My product was shipped via FedEx. The FedEx practice of requiring an indirect signature without having the option of picking up the product in-person at a local warehouse is unacceptable.

Good exp., was surprized the "Captains card" was not accepted but the price,service was excellent just the same. My local store (Salt Lake City) is almost like an "outhouse, out of most everything I have looked for! so that is the reason I turned to on-line.

They were out of stock on the shoes I wanted. So I don't know why they had them on line to view. I don't think I'll shop on line with them anymore, cause I will never know if they are in stock or not.

I received my purchase in a most timely fashion. Unfortunately, I had to return the T-shirt, but the credit was also made in a timely fashion. It usually takes much longer to receive merchandise and, if a purchase has to be returned, to receive a credit, from most vendors (in my experience). So, thank you for your excellent customer service. I will shop with you again in the future.

I will never use this vender again , double charged on debit card for item , their customer service is the worst , straight out lies to you . Will not let you talk to supervisor. Payed for 2ND day shipping , took a over a week. I spend thousands in boat merchandise a year , and will not be treated like a moron . This was not my firat purchase from them and their is always a problem . Their loss not mine.

Received goods damaged - with a 7' fishing rod, I am guessing that is bound to happen. However call for an RMA - and was hung up on 5 times without speaking a word- email them it takes 3 days for a response saying ship it back. I email again asking for a shipping label and I am told I will receive one via email in a few days. Nothing ever arrives. I email again and they say just ship and they will reimburse. At this point it is just becoming a hassle. I ship back and eat the $20 in shipping. I would not recommend shopping here.
