They sent the wrong item and it took over three weeks to return and receive the correct item. Customer support could barely speak english. I cancelled the order by phone but they sent a replacement instead.

Easy transaction, good e-mail communication, quick shipping. Very pleased overall. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the return/exchange was processed with no questions asked.

I don't understand why I had to call after placing the order on-line and then repeat EVERYTHING to a customer rep. I haven't done that with any other online merchants. It was a bit unerving and may deter me from ordering again.

I placed my order by phone on a Saturday. I was told that the item was in stock and that the item would be shipped the following Monday. Everything was done as promised. I was able to track the shipment on the internet. The package arrived in good order and all the parts and pieces were in the box. I was able to mount the ladder onto my boat the next Saturday.

Terrible! Web site did not allow entry of multiple gift certificates. Subsequent phone calls to straighten out the mess resulted in bungling and unacceptable delays. Order was late in arriving and not avaailable for use on trip I was taking. Very unhappy!

It was okay. The only problem was that the items I ordered were sent in multiple deliveries. The items had to be placed on back order. However, the short delays did not have a critical impact on my plans.

I do not like having to call as well as email "for security reasons". One should be enough, if I wanted to call in my order, I would have called in my order.
I am returning both products. I was told 4 days ago I would receive email notification of Return Goods Authorization and I still have not received it.
I am pretty much done with this company.
