I never really use to shop online or on ebay much, but lately I've found I'm using it a lot more often. I like finding good deals and unique gift items without having to spend gas driving to a bunch of stores (where you might still not find what you're ...

Let me first qualify that I’ve only purchased from Ebay.
Ease of Use:
Ebay was fairly easy to register for and the search engine works really well. The feedback system is easy to access and use as well. The site is generally blazing...

Pros: you can find virtually anything, great bargain shopping Cons: some dishonest sellers, no real guarantees
This is not an opinion about the general concept of Ebay. It is an informative opinion about how you can get ripped-off - legally, and how to avoid it. There are several ways that sellers have ripped me off on Ebay and gotten away with it.

Pros: Great deals on lots of stuff! Cons: Difficult to completely trust the sellers
I'm gearing this eBay opinion more toward people who are planning a wedding. I will be getting married in 2 weeks, and eBay has been a life saver!
Everyone knows that weddings are expensive, no matter how you slice it. I think that when the...

".......Yes honey...yes of course I'll buy you that '66 Pontiac GTO you've always wanted....." Oh hi folks, just dreaming that I was one of the founders of Ebay...waaahhh!!
Well, what can I say? This is how my on-going relationship with Ebay...

Pros: Quick and easy way to make money on-line Cons: You might bite off more than you can chew
Right after I signed up for Epinions, before I even wrote my first review, Epinions went on some sort of "upgrade hiatus" and all I could do here was read. I read a lot of Member Advice, and a lot of reviews. One of them was for Ebay, an internet...

Pros: Get hard to find items Cons: Not much
Yahoo has it... Amazon.com has it... but Ebay started it and is still the reigning champ of online auctions. Why are they the best and why would you want to try out this site?
Large volume. Lots of people using this site means that you can...

Pros: Easy to navigate Cons: Can become addictive
Yes, you read that right! The latest addiction to sweep the area in which I live in is the ebay craze!
I mean where else but on ebay can you find a whole host of items, some old, some new, some never before heard of at some of the lowest...

Pros: Easy to use. No useless auctions come up in search. Can find anything. Cons: Can crash due to too many people.
I have been using this service for over a year now and have come to appreciate its capabilities and value. It is an alternate means to which to buy anything that is normally too expensive or hard to find. Also, it allows you to buy something that you...

Pros: easy to buy, easy to sell, good way to get stuff cheap! Cons: lots of junk you didn't need
I've been on e-bay about a year or so and just love it. I am not a huge bidder or seller, but whenever I am looking into buying a semi high priced item, i'm sure to check here first. it is amazing to find out how many things that I was looking for...

Pros: It can a Bidders Heaven if you want it to be, win or lose. Cons: Some shipping and handling charges are off the charts. Get informed and ask WHY?
I am not going to be lavish with the English language or try and impress anyone with my words. The smartest man I have ever known was my Dad, and he never got past the 3rd grade, but I understood everything he talked to me about or tried to teach me....

Pros: They have millions of items listed daily and bidding on items is a snap. Cons: Takes a lot of steps to sign-up and it costs money to sell stuff!
I first visited eBay about three years ago, and I have gone back to the site atleast twice a day since then. Ebay is with no doubt the biggest and strongest auction site on the internet. With millions of items being placed each day, and...

I have had a wonderful experience with eBay. I have mostly bought items on eBay, although I have sold a couple of CD's. As far as selling goes, it can be a leap of faith, but eBay has done much to reinforce its feedback rating and use it as a real...
