Troppolotto is one of my favorite free online lotteries. Troppolotto has a $1,000,0000 grand prize and is run by Trancos. To participate, select 7 out of 50 by clicking on the numbers you chose or use the quick pick option. After you select your numbers, a flock of parrots flies on the screen, then you are presented with three banners. You must pick one web site to visit to earn your entry. The flock of birds flies across the screen dragging the banners and you are taken to a new screen. In the top frame of the screen is confirmation information. In the bottom frame of the screen is the website whose banner you clicked on. After a few seconds you are given a play again button to start the process over. You can enter up to three times per day.
The odds of winning the grand prize by picking 7 of 7 numbers correctly are 1:99,884,400 and the odds of winning $1 by picking 4 of 7 numbers is 1:231.25. If you do manage to win the grand prize it will be paid in 20 annual installments of $50,000. Because of the low odds of winning, if you play all of you entries every day, you will win approximately $5 per year on average. Like most lotteries, it is not worth playing for the money.
I play this game because the graphics are so cute. I love to watch the parrots fly in pick up the numbers and fly off the screen with the banners. I stop by every few days to play just for my own entertainment. I don't expect to win the jackpot any time soon, but playing this game adds a bright spot to my week. Give it a try!
