We recently used the FTD service to send flowers to my mother-in-law for her birthday. I was having problems with an online flower service so decided I would just call FTD and take care of the situation.
My husband and I waited until the last minute, and wanted them delivered the same day we were ordering them before 1 pm, EST. We figured we'd never find anyone who could pull this type of delivery off with only a little over 3 hours of time to do it, but we did.
I hopped online and went to FTD.com, looked at their wide selection of bouquets and other gifts. I selected a beautiful bouquet composed of bright sunflowers in a pretty vase. I then called FTD because I didn't trust this last minute deal to any delay's that online ordering my create. I called FTD, spoke with a very friendly representative who told us there would be no problem getting the flowers there by 1 pm! Whooray! We're saved!
While checking out FTD.com I also found that they have many links for gifts as well as the standard flowers they're famous for. You can find links for gifts such as coffee, collectibles, spa gifts, gardening stuff and there's still more.... you should take a look.
What was probably the most unbelievable thing about this experience, was that it all cost under $50. I was able to pick a beautiful bouquet, have expedited delivery and a card for a great price! I figured with my last minute demands they would really zing me on the cost, but they didn't charge me an extra cent for it! Now that's great business in my book!
FTD.com will provide you with a free reminder service, which after this little snafu I decided to take them up on! No one ever wants to forget their mother-in-laws birthday!

Well I didn't and you can find information about a wide variety of flowers at FTD.com before sending a flower that may give the wrong idea! It's not only interesting but fun as well!

The FTD.com site and office were there when I needed them, and did an excellent job! My mother in law told us they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received! That was testimony enough for me! Check out the FTD site today, and even if you don't send any flowers, with all the info available, you will at least learn something you may not have known about a rose!
