I was a bit nervous about purchasing such a big ticket item (Panasonic plasma TH-50PZ750U) via the internet, but recent reviews of this seller made me decided to take a chance. I must report that I am thoroughly impressed with the way this transaction was fulfilled. I ordered the tv late on a Wednesday night and received my shipping confirmation with tracking information by noon the next day. My tv was delivered (from Montana to Northern California) on Monday in perfect condition. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again as their communication, customer service and price was all excellent.

Absolutely fantastic on line shopping experience. The website is neat and clean which in itself was a confidence booster. The price for the highly rated TH-42PX600U Panasonic was very fair (It is another matter that the prices have come down even more just after a week I got my TV -). So I went ahead and placed the order. I had made a small mistake on the order, So I called the customer service. The gentleman was very courteous, no pressure , no up selling , just wonderful - corrected my order and with in minutes got an email acknowledgment. To top it all I got my brand new plasma within 4 day(I am in California) just in time for the Presidents day weekend. Vanns.com did exactly what they said they would. Their auto email notifications were right on time and informational. The digital camera battery that I ordered was exactly the product advertised. The battery (Lenmar DLP007)works great and came in a new, sealed package. Their price on line was one of the best and definitely the best of trust worthy on line businesses Their shipping was fast and an easy to use tracking number and link was sent to me, via email. All in all, a great experience and would order through Vanns.com again.

Having done a bunch of research on digital cameras, in my price range, I chose the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7. I visited Vanns.com and found that Panasonic had released a newer model (the DMC-FZ8) and Vann's had it in stock *and* on sale (same price as the older FZ7). I did a bit of checking around, saw some negative opinions here, but saw that the vast majority of reviews were positive. I ordered the camera after 12 noon MST and expected to see it -- according to their website -- the following Thursday. It arrived the very next day! WOW. My order was complete and packaged very well. So far so good -- I'm very happy with my purchase from Vanns.com.

Plasma TV ordered and delivered flawlessly within a few days. Excellent service from start to finish. E-mails from Vans were timely and instructive. A call to Customer service was handled very quickly.I would go out of my way to deal with Vans in the future.

Everything went great! As we all should be, I am very suspicious of ordering over the internet. I spent a lot of time searching for the best deal and then spent as much time reading reviews. It's kind of scary. Anyway, when Panasonic listed Vann's as an authorized dealer I was reassured enough to place the order.

My new Panasonic camera arrived when promised, in original packaging, and the UPC label had not been removed. I did not have to call to confirm my order and was NOT harassed to purchase any extras.

What I did get was excellent service, a great price, and a terrific camera. I will certainly shop Vann's again!
